The Group has two main businesses focused on Food and Nutrition/Agri-Business.
Since its flotation on the London and Irish Stock Exchange in 1988, the Group has expanded by organic growth and acquisition with sales increasing from €174m in 1988 to €1.102b in 2001 and pre-tax profit growth (excluding exceptionals) from €5.6m to €60m over the same period.
IAWS has a clear and focused strategy to maximise the potential of the Group through its next phase of development, with the objective of further enhancing returns to shareholders.
